Paul is the Managing Director and Founder of Make Me Do It | Health & Fitness. Paul has an extensive background in Athletics, spent 10 years competing in Victoria’s Premier Cricket Competition (Essendon Cricket Club) and currently enjoys a playing/coaching role with Box Hill CC. Paul willingly uses these experiences to assist with his clients goals and will be a fantastic addition to your health and fitness – Paul’s enthusiasm and drive to succeed is contagious!

Prior to opening MMDI, Paul spent a number of years as a Personal Trainer with YMCA Docklands. During this time he developed specific programs for a broad range of clients, fine tuning his training methods to ensure successful results.

Having now conducted over 4,000 Personal Training and Group Training sessions, you can be assured of a great workout.


Carla Johnson | Dietitian

Areas of specialty – Weight loss, diabetes prevention and management as well as food intolerances and sports nutrition.

Carla Johnson is a young and enthusiastic dietitian and nutritionist who is passionate about helping her clients to eat well, not eat less. Carla’s stated aim is to empower people to adopt healthy eating behaviours by consulting with her clients to implement realistic strategies that take into consideration individual lifestyle and food preferences.

Carla currently runs her private practice in Mooroolbark and also works in the community health service sector at Eastern Health and Diabetes Australia. Carla also has experience delivering corporate health and wellbeing programs in the workplace.

Carla’s role includes delivering support and nutrition advice to Make Me Do It clients within programs such as Beginner BootCamp. Carla is a walking example of good health, attending regular Make Me Do It classes to help her stay in great shape.
