MMDI GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
MMDI Group Fitness Classes run for 50 minutes including a warm up and some stretching to finish.
We’ll keep you busy from start to finish! Class formats include mostly time based activities, allowing each person to perform without fear or pressure of falling behind the group.
There’s an endless variety of bodyweight, cardio and weighted exercises. Over time you’ll notice amazing improvements and we’ll help you track this via a range of exclusive fitness testing activities.
