The mums and bubs boot camp has been such a welcome addition to our weeks. My son loves watching us all work out and dances along to the music. In addition to kick starting a return to fitness post baby, its been such a great way to get out of the house and meet new people. Paul is incredibly patient with us all and is so good at modifying exercises to fit in with everyone’s individual recovery, definitely can’t recommend this group enough!!
