Foundation Pilates with Alice Baquie (online class).

A whole body clinical Pilates class to build strength in the core, glutes and spine. Beginners welcome. Your posture will feel great after this session.

Pilates for Runners with Alice Baquie (online class).

A runners Pilates class which is a tough but very do-able workout for all runners who need to work on mechanics, glute and core strength and improve their single leg stability. Non runners can also attend. It will greatly assist with balance and strength for all sports while complimenting your bootcamp training.

Wine Down Pilates with Alice Baquie (online class).

A nice flow class designed to stretch and mobilise your whole body with a focus on the hips, spine and shoulders. You will feel lengthened and zen after this one. PRO TIP: Bring a wine, beer or beverage of choice as sip breaks will be offered. A Sunday fave!

Esther Park – Cnr Esther Crescent and Andrew Street, Mooroolbark (all weather soccer fields, shade and a large sheltered area)

Lilydale Lake – Swansea Road, Lilydale (plenty of shade, grass and gravel run/walk tracks. Community room meeting point).

Mooroolbark Scout Hall – 36-38 Marion Avenue, Croydon (large private hall & surrounding parklands including run/walk tracks)

Birmingham Primary School – 35 Francis Street, Mount Evelyn (astro turf oval & run track, sheltered basketball court and gymnasium)
